This Privacy Policy explains how OTB ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the OTB mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

• Usage data — information about how you interact with the App, including which alerts you view and when you access the service.
• Device information — device type, operating system version, and push notification token (used solely to deliver alerts to your device).

We do not collect your location, contacts, camera access, payment details, or any other sensitive personal data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the App and its alert features.
• Send you push notifications for football betting alerts you have subscribed to.
• Authenticate your identity and maintain the security of your account.
• Diagnose technical issues and improve the reliability of the service.
• Respond to support requests you send to us.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Push Notifications

The App uses Apple Push Notification service (APNs) to deliver real-time alerts to your device. Your push notification token is stored securely on our servers and used solely to route notifications to your device. You can disable push notifications at any time in your iPhone's Settings → Notifications → OTB.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secured private servers. We implement industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) between the App and our servers. Access to stored data is restricted to authorised personnel only.

While we take reasonable precautions, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to protecting your data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Alert history and usage logs are retained for up to 12 months for analytical and diagnostic purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

6. Third-Party Services

The App relies on the following third-party services to function:

• Apple Push Notification service (APNs) — used to deliver alerts to your iOS device.

These services have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

7. Children's Privacy

OTB is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion — request that we delete your account and associated personal data.
• Portability — request your data in a portable format where technically feasible.
• Withdraw consent — opt out of push notifications at any time via your device settings.
